he may or may not be, but i really don't give a **** and its not worth arguing over. this isn't about that though. the fact of the matter is this guy blaha is saying he techs because he ****ing yells before he lifts is an absolute joke. even if you think he techs you should not take this guys vids seriously because the basis for his claims are absolutely ridiculous.
but hey if you want to take the guy serious (who collects U.S. disability while living in another country and making money off youtube) you have every right to do so. Its clear this guy is just trying to make money off youtube in that all his videos are mostly about other people and controversial topics.Lifting Vids - http://www.youtube.com/user/acb61388?feature=mhsn

It's cool that the mods won't clean up outdated sticky threads or endless repeat newbie threads, but will spring into action the moment Internet Honor is threatened.
Keep ICF around - lots of us are following it.
EDIT: People keep wanting a writeup of the program so here is a comprehensive written guide to Ice Cream Fitnessing
The Plan:
All lifts are sets across, meaning each set is at the same weight (warmups not included)
Do a few warmup sets of 5x5 lifts. The 5 sets listed here don't include those warmups.
Rest times are as long as you need them to be, generally around 3-5 minutes.
Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Bent-Over Row 5x5
Shrug 3x8
Skullcrusher 3x8
Chinup 3x5-8*
Hyperextension 2x10
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20 #
Workout B
Squat 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Bent-Over Row 5x5^
Close-Grip Bench Press 3x8
Barbell Curl or Incline Curl 3x8
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20 #
*If you can't do 5 chinups, do bicep curls until you can. If you get to three sets of 8 chins, start adding weight
^Workout B Row is performed at 90% of Workout A weight
#Decline crunches can be substituted for cable crunches. Other ab work is also ok as long as it allows for heavy progressive weight.
Schedule
You will workout three times a week on non-consecutive days, alternating Workout A and Workout B. This means on one week, your schedule will be:
- A
- Rest
- B
- Rest
- A
- Rest
- Rest
And on the next week the A and B will be reversed. Most of us do this on M-W-F or T-Th-S. It doesn't matter so long as the basic structure of observed.
Advancement
You will add weight to every lift every time you perform it. For compound 5x5 lifts, add 5 pounds/2.5kg. For accessory lifts, add 2.5 pounds/1.25kg each time. On squats you will be adding weight three times a week. On rows, add weight on every Workout A.
Some lifts, like chins, list a variable rep range. These are lifts that should be run on a double progression. When you successfully complete your target weight and reps, increase reps by one next time; do this until you hit the upper rep number, at which point you increase weight and drop back to the lower rep number. You can also do this on other lifts if you find you keep stalling at the same point.
Resets
If you fail to get all of your reps on a given day, try again with the same weight on the next time you would perform that lift. If you fail again on the second day, reset the lift by dropping your working weight by 10-15% the next time you do that lift. This is part of the program and it isn't a bad thing. Even if you fail on the last rep of the last set of a lift, just reset. You'll bust through last time.
Deloading
Take a deload week every 6-8 weeks or so by reducing all working weights to 50% or so.
Cutting
This program is primarily meant for beginners who are looking to increase size and strength rapidly, and are eating accordingly. If you want to run this program on a cut, JasonDB recommends reducing main lift volume to 3x5 and accessories to 2x8, and increasing weight every two workouts instead of every time. Many people running this program have cut using the full volume without issue; do what you need to do to allow your body to recover.
Additional lifts
If you want, you can add calf raises, facepulls, or lateral raises to the program if you feel like you need extra work in these areas. Do them at the end of your workout. If you want to do extra ab work or minor accessory work on off days you can, or light cardio. I personally do grip work on off days. Don't do any major lifting on off days; you need to recover from your main days.
Starting Weights
Start at a weight you think you can get for 5x5 without too much trouble. If in doubt guess low; weights increase rapidly on this program, and you'll hit your "real" working weight soon enough.Last edited by Nosepull; 06-18-2013 at 11:44 PM.

listen you can think lane norton techs all you want, but be real and admit this guys argument is just awful. you can say its your opinion he techs, but don't go around spewing complete bull**** based on your own bull****. he says he grows into the show without any sort of measurements. sure he could be right, but to base that off pictures is not credible what so ever. a picture can be very decieving and good lighting and a pump can make you look much bigger than you really are. its all an illusion I can take two pictures of myself in different poses and look completely ****ing different.
also his powerlifting argument is probably the worst one of all. there are tons of different powerlifting federations and there are all sorts of records for each of them. he says the guy he knows who is a top powerlifter in the UK squats 550 and its a record lift. I personally know people who squat moer than that and are natural. Not to mention you have young natty lifters hitting squats heavier than that all the time.Lifting Vids - http://www.youtube.com/user/acb61388?feature=mhsn

all i'm saying is his argument is not valid and should not be taken seriously. another invalid claim would be if i were to make a vid saying hes natural because he has a PHD so hes obviously very knowledgeable and that hes been training for 10 years etc.. both arguments should not be taken seriously.

Yes, you're correct.
But in these forums there is also ruled/regulations. I remember reading that you can't neg people for their opinion on a certain subject/matter which translates into being banned as long as there is no hate, slander, or anything else against the rules.
Now whether Jason's banned was biased (probably was, why else would Layne ban him )because of the topic or not and whether the reason was because of the video or not is a different topic.
