You hold feck all fat on your legs and you still have a striated chest. I'm jelly. Mirin those lifts though man, even at 200+ those lifts are ridiculously impressive. Hope to have that "HOW IN THE ACTUAL FCK" factor one day. Good job man

Impressive lifts to say the least. What kind of bar are you squatting with? looks like theres no bend whatsover with 300 on the bar.
Also from melb, where abouts was this comp? thinking of competing sometime at the end of next year.Youtube Channel --> youtube.com/channel/UCNSdg8uIH4A1dRey0-Kzdpg

Great man, looking forward to the progress pics! Can I ask what sort of numbers you've seen guys put up in RAW lifts (natty of course) around the 72kg mark? I'm looking into competing in PL and giving bodybuilding the back bench as it were whilst I focus on my lifts a bit more.
What program did you run during the duration by the way, the progress you made is insane!Bench Press: 142.5kg

So, you're an advanced lifter, and put on 21 lbs in less than 6 months, while staying relatively lean, natty?
I don't doubt you it just goes against everything I thought I knew about what kind of progression to aim for. How are you able to do this?
I'm gaining a little under 2 lbs a month. Any faster, I'll gain fat.
