    squatting 2x a week most weeks. Really enjoying this type of training it really suits me and I feel like I am getting closer to my strength goals every workout

    Hopefully after winter I can sleep more. At the moment I sleep of max 6hours a night, yes terrible habit

    Thats true. But I still find it hard to believe a 16 year old kid is busting natty fed records out of the water, teen, junior and open records. Babyslayer was over 300lbs the i think. this kids 50lbs lighter, even younger and beating his old lifts. I think he's even beating eric lillitbridge.

    I admit though I'm fuarking jelly of his lifts.

    Has he done a meet yet?

    Thing is, at this age it's tough to tell if he will become an amazing lifter or just somewhat stagnate and not do much. By that I mean I'm certain he will be very strong but whether he'll be at the top level is another thing.

    I remember watching an interview and Kirk Karwoski said at 13 or 14 years old he could bench 140kg. I'm gonna say he's not juicing at 13 and just has ridiculous genetics. I think the same thing here really. Just really solid genetics at his age and possibly hit puberty very early on. Gotta factor that in. A lot of the time in sports or whatever at that age when kids hit puberty really quickly they dunk all over their peers but then when everyone also does they just fizzle away. Obviously not exactly applicable but hopefully you get my point.

    your bone structure and insertions seem quite similar to those of Pham Woodbridge, albeit with a more aesthetic face.

    squat: Used to be 170x4 now 110x3 following injury in early feb.
    DL: 190x2

    initially lifted for size/weight gain for rugby and cba to jooce while natty test is still peaking.

    Pre AAS my best shape/condition was probably around 84-85kg about 8% bf. I'm currently about 90kg at around 10%, I've been about 87kg at my leanest.

    I don't look hugely different tbh, but I'm thicker all over and look a lot fuller/3d

    So you jumped on gear for an extra 3kg ish lean mass. Have most other factors in your lifestyle stayed similar to before or have you now started clubbing/drinking more?

    It's been a series of peaks and troughs. My progress is never linear; my life is way too f***ed up for that to happen.

    I also haven't jabbed, and run very mild compounds (comparatively) at pretty low-moderate doses.

    But I'm going to compete again in mid 2014 as a geared up fake natty, so we'll see if I can do any damage then

    3kg mass while yoloing every night and taking a fk ton of drugs is good going, It's not just about the weight either, you look different when you're on e.g fuller, capped delts(depending on what you take).
