I hit one month just to prove myself that I could when I was 16. My standards lowered dramatically, started getting wet dreams, which were annoying, and had none of the positive placebo effects that some people claimed to have. I would never do it at uni because no fap + alcohol could only end in complete and utter disaster. I didn't find it hugely difficult because I did it at a time when I had some exams, so I was quite busy and distracted anyway, but I would never do it again simply because I have no real way of justifying doing it to myself apart from an exercise of self control.

Completely pointless if you have a semblance of libido and don't have porn induced erectile dysfunction because you've fallen so far down the slippery slope that the only thing you can get off to is tranny scat gangbang porn. Or because your brain has developed an association with sexual pleasure and a specific position/sensation from fapping too often (i.e. sat in a chair, using deathgrip meaning you're unable to get it up in any other situation).

If you want a challenge for yourself, go for it. But ignore all the chit people say about getting smarter, having more mental clarity, being more confident, being able to control the weather, winning the lottery, etc. because of it. That's likely to be an outcome for those people because they stopped spending 3-4 hours a day tugging to aforementioned tranny scat gangbang porn and actually did something productive instead. Half way through summer I looked like this. I was meeting my macros 60-70% of the time, drank only about once every two weeks. At the end of summer when I had a shoot I was about 2% bigger and about 1% less body fat, by that point I was meeting my macros 90% of time not drinking and on sups galore/water depleted.



If I can basically get my arms bigger, bring out the lats slightly and get some muscle thickness, im all set. would look sickening if I was to deplete all my water as well. I guess its a goal to aim for.

But anyway this arrived. So finally after over 2 months of drinking consistently being in protein and calorific deficit. Time to take it even further never skip a gym day and meet my cals and protein and vitamins (need that good skin nomsayin?!)! I still preach the balance lifestyle, but not really drinking to the extent I was, unless its the dec occasion to do it.



But means I have to swallow anywhere from 10-14 pills daily from those sups...


Also on the girl front, this chick goes to the bar I work on Monday nights, she from my uni, I always used to thought she looked cute but never really had the time to speak to her. Anyway I came across her on tinder and swiped like and we got matched. She seems cool! She going away yesterday/today back home. But we arranged for a date when she gets back, coffee/deserts. Im doing the whole laid back nice guy here and being myself. Im not gona push the agenda into sexual escalation and just see how it goes. Trying to be confidently humble and not an arrogant kunt.
