I just did a 441 squat at 204lbs and 17 years old in an IPF meet. I remember one year ago when I could only squat 100lbs a lot of people here made fun of me.

Last time I squat, I hit 330lb, but I'm so inconsistent. I don't plan on ever getting crazy strong lol. Moving to Hawaii in a few weeks so quit the gym till I get setup there. MAYBE if I actually have access to decent food, things will be different.
I got stuck in the cut/bulk cycles for last 2-3 years so made hardly any progress other than getting leaner. I'm 159-160 now, man what a trip. Never thought I'd be so low.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL
