I just did a 441 squat at 204lbs and 17 years old in an IPF meet. I remember one year ago when I could only squat 100lbs a lot of people here made fun of me.

I wanted to but I hurt my wrists a while back and couldn’t do low bar, but they recently got better so I might try it again. Whenever I have it feels really weird

There is nothing for anyone to troll me for anymore because I do not think most people here can squat that at least. People made fun of me last summer when I was skinny fat and only could squat 100lbs so I have proved them all wrong through hard work

you can try using wrist wraps. almost everyone who squats low bar uses wrist wraps. i squat high bar too so i can't really help with that.

lol I know how to make my own food, the only stuff I didn’t make for myself is when we had family dinners. I did eat 6000+ calories a day for a while

What is your squat at now?

Last time I squat, I hit 330lb, but I'm so inconsistent. I don't plan on ever getting crazy strong lol. Moving to Hawaii in a few weeks so quit the gym till I get setup there. MAYBE if I actually have access to decent food, things will be different.

I got stuck in the cut/bulk cycles for last 2-3 years so made hardly any progress other than getting leaner. I'm 159-160 now, man what a trip. Never thought I'd be so low.

Pretty sure if memory serves correct you were roasted for spewing dumb chit 24/7. Regardless, nice squat and lifts. Don’t let it inflate your head though, if lifting has taught me anything, it’s that nobody gives a fuk about your lifts lol.
