Thanks to SwolenOnes generosity in the Halloween Pic promo. I recieved two full 100ct bottles.
This is a very interesting product. This friday will be the two week mark since I have started.
Well I have had some great workouts in the last 12 days.
My main lifts are Bench Press, Leg Press, OHP, I do deadlifts but only once last week, once this week.
My other supplements include creatine. And I will workout tommorow and post my lifts.

My dosage has been 4 caps. And my calories are around 2750-3250. I am usually active ding something.
Changes I have had with X. Increased appetite, increased pumpage.
Bench Press 83.5 x 20, 103.5 x 20, 123.5 x 14
153.5 x 8, 173.5 x 6, 193.5 x 3
Deffinately would reccomend this product to anyone looking for some SERIOUS PUMPAGE!

Leg raise 3x10@90
mean pumps some increased apppetite and vascularity increased also
single arm curl warmup with 25lb 3x10, 40lb 3x10
bb curl warm up 35lb 3x10 then 90lb 3x10
lat pull down 50lb 3x8, 105lb 3x5
ohp 35lb 3x5, 85lb 3x5
