I've been bulking since April when I was about 168 lbs. I now weigh 198. Mom is constantly saying I shouldn't be gaining that much weight that fast. I keep saying how its not too much. Anyone have this situation?

Explain to her the concept of bulkingn and how it works. Explain you are only eating ~500 calories over what you should be which puts you at 1 lb a week 4 lbs a month ~30 pounds in 7 months you've put on. Tell her you're not just getting fat you're gaining muscle because that is your goal. Lie and say you've been getting compliments if need be. Say you're cutting soon ect. Bring up the fact that eating a little too much is better than starving yourself.
