Best supplements to gain muscle fast

I was wondering what the best supplements to gain muscle fast are.. Well faster, I know it won't happen over night. I'm already taking c4 preworkout, creatine, and whey protein. What are the top things you need to take? Thanks so much. Also if anyone has any threads to a good workout for arms, and back let me know. Thanks

Caloric surplus good brah. Go to the nutrition section. Sounds like you need to be looking at your diet and not supplements at the moment

    Food.

Is this the answer you want?
No, the answer you seek is the powder formula that creates muscle within days, hours, Minutes.

When in reality, That is not what builds muscle.

The only thing that will help put on muscle when you lift is a calorie surplus.

you need to ask in the nutrition section and training section but since you are here, i will help you out

Diet - start with +500 calories and heavy on carbs

Training - if you are a vet in the gym, DC training is great. P/RR/S is another solid routine

Supplements - Here are a few that I like to use on a bulk:

    Anabeta
    Endosurge Turbo
    X Gels

Nothing is really going to make you put on muscle that much faster. Time under the bar is the key.. that and calories.

Ha ha FAST, everybody wants it fast, the things is there is no such a thing as FAST when it comes to gaining muscle. It takes time, good smart weight training and proper nutrition. Learn more about nutrition and what your body needs, and make sure you have a solid weight lifting program.

A lot of people will say "Ohh I am eating enough, Ohh I train hardcore". If you are not getting results, then you are not eating what you should be eating and you are not training hardcore or properly. Food and solid weight lifting program are your base.

    Protein powder and creatine mono.

But they will only help in so much as you're willing to do the work with the knife and fork--getting enough calories from protein, healthy fats and complex carbs every day in order to keep growing.

There is no supplement that will cause you to gain muscle fast. A caloric surplus repeated on a daily basis is what you need to do. Protein and creatine are two of the best muscle building options IMO.

"Fast" in terms of bodybuilding is a matter of months and years. Hence, why not many stay with it for the long haul.

If youre already taking creatine, c4, protein, etc, I wouldnt recommend anything more except a 3-3.5k calorie diet and sticking to those. Unless youre advanced you really dont even need creatine or c4, but I take them to get a little help.

A quality gainer like Up Your Mass, creatine monohydrate and arachidonic acid (X-Factor) will all assist. Avoiding over training, patience in the gym, and relentlessly hitting a high caloric intake day after day will ensure you make the gains you are seeking. Nothing worth having comes easy though, so be sure to work hard, smart, and patiently.

3-3.5k may not be the correct amount for OP.
