I remember when I did my first 275 3x's seven years ago. I havent benched since thn because it hurt my shoulders more than many other exercises.

Good job man! Doing something right! I haven't maxed out in forever because honestly no reason for me to anymore and I hurt my shoulder powerlifting a few years back.
Currently bulking to 225 before cut.
