look, i'm 15 years old, im 6'1 250lbs, I need yall's help!!! I go to school from 7:00 to 3:00... How do i lose weight? i would ideally like to lose 45 pounds by the end of march!!! I know it sounds like a longshot but with yall's help I can do it!!
How do I gain muscle?
How can I speed up my metabolism?
I wouldnt mind working out in the morning just give me an idea of what i can do...
I just recently got a gym membership thats a 10 minute walk from my house, what kinda workouts do yall suggest?
Also, suggest like meal plan on what i can eat for brkfst, lunch, and din!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS/TIPS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
