Have to state how much your lifting with dumbells
How long you have been lifting
How many reps you do with that weight.
My incline level is just 2 clicks up on the adjustable bench
Benching 30kg DBs for 8 reps ... been lifting 10month now (30kg is 66lbs )
How about you guys curious ?

Lifting for almost 13 months
I started with like <30 though on db bench and started with 20s on db shoulder press145lb/66kg Junior powerlifter (22 y/o)
Comp Lifts - 457.5/314.2/600.8 1372.5lb @143 6/8/2019
Gym Lifts - 420x5/315/585x2
Front squat - 315x5, 280x10
OHP - weak af
Lifting since Oct. 12'|Powerlifting since Jan 16'

60 lbs for 12-15 reps or so. 70 lbs for like 6 reps. I've been lifting on and off for several years, took two years off at the end of college. I've been back to lifting for almost two years now (will be 2 years in mid-December). I use a full ROM though, none of that half-assed chit. I don't really care how heavy I go so much. I focus on good form and feeling the muscle. Then progressing over time using that same type of form.
