    Building up Hamstrings?

wadduppp guys, so my hamstrings are lacking and im trying to figure out a way to build them up more. i.e. incorporating different exercises in my leg routine. As of now my leg day routine consists of Squats, Leg press, DB walking lunges, leg curls, and leg extensions. What are some other exercises that you guys find to really work the hamstrings well? maybe change certain exercises for others? all opinions are appreciated.
    Thanks

Yeah the Romanian dead lifts are bomb brother also when you do your leg curls most people do them with both legs maybe try one leg at a time and focus on squeezing at the top. Those are the main thing I do and people say mines are massive. Good luck!

If you have access to one, the Glute Ham Raise is probably the best thing you can do.

    Romanian Deadlifts if not.

for my hams i also train them first before i even start my quads. i do seated leg curls, lying leg curls, single leg curls, and we have a hammer strength lying leg curl machine that you can do one leg at a time and it's phenomenal. i would recommend you try doing this first and then hit your quads and see how it goes.
