My face doesn't really add much fat over a bulk (except when I did my non-lift larda$$ bulk), adds a little at the start and stays constant then goes away as soon as I cut.
Lovehandles on the other hand

buys vegetables, looks at them in the refrigerator then goes out and gets chipotle or ben and jerrys crew
i eat tons of veggies at home when my mom makes them, but I can't be fukd to spend a lot of time prepping 10 cals worth of food to make it taste decent

Just buy freeze able veggies that you can Easliy wok, works wonders with some rice and chicken.

yeah this too. Have a couple bags of frozen brocolli in the freezer. On the days I feel like a bottomless pit I just microwave the whole bag (800g) and eat it lol. Thats the whole weeks micros sorted.

i do need to buy more frozen veg. Although I'm not sure if there is much point in eating frozen vegetables that I then blast with a microwave if I'm trying to get micronutrients lol.
you brahs got any tips for medial delts? I've been doing seated laterals with a slightly bent arm, pinkies up at the top of the rep. ^I used to have hard time with side raises because I couldn't get the MMC on my right delt. However I tried 1 arm side raise with cheated form (heavy db) and MMC is really good now

My favorite delt excercise is what I call mid evil spear trust. Olympic bar in 1 hand and press above your head (like you want to throw a spear)
