    i eat tons of veggies at home when my mom makes them, but I can't be fukd to spend a lot of time prepping 10 cals worth of food to make it taste decent

    I don't eat a lot of fruits or vegetables either. Most of the vegetables I buy are frozen, and I buy pre-washed spring mix in a box to make salads with. As for fruits, I usually eat apples and bananas.

    yeah this too. Have a couple bags of frozen brocolli in the freezer. On the days I feel like a bottomless pit I just microwave the whole bag (800g) and eat it lol. Thats the whole weeks micros sorted.

    i do need to buy more frozen veg. Although I'm not sure if there is much point in eating frozen vegetables that I then blast with a microwave if I'm trying to get micronutrients lol.


    you brahs got any tips for medial delts? I've been doing seated laterals with a slightly bent arm, pinkies up at the top of the rep. Any tips/lifts for isolating the medial delt would be awesome.

    I've been liking cable laterals for side delts. Takes a lot of stress off my forearm and elbow which were giving me trouble a while back. Though I'm probably not going to be doing any isolation for the next few months

    I used to do those all the time but I found that I ended up recruiting a lot of trap and front delt, even if I stopped at parallel and tried to keep my arms out to my sides. Wish my gym had one of those seated lateral machines

    ^I used to have hard time with side raises because I couldn't get the MMC on my right delt. However I tried 1 arm side raise with cheated form (heavy db) and MMC is really good now

    Haven't ate veggies for like a month now, only eat +3 bananas / day + multi. Am I gonna die?

    Maybe. Eat a wide variety of veggies if possible, if not, at least get a serving in a day, although using a multi as insurance is never a good sign.

    lmao, kind of hard to ego lift cable laterals, I use like 12.5 lbs each side.

    you brahs got any tips for medial delts? I've been doing seated laterals with a slightly bent arm, pinkies up at the top of the rep. Any tips/lifts for isolating the medial delt would be awesome.

    10. X2 on the leaning laterals though as mentioned above^^ - hold onto a squat rack with your free arm and lean out so that you place all of the emphasis on one shoulder.
