Now this was during a maximal effort lift.. my 1RM is give or take 405lb, so my back is rounding out a bit. I don't know if there's any way to really prevent that when lifting such a heavy weight for me. Any obvious suggestions?

I can visually see the bar drift a good 2 inches away from your body.

    Keep those lats tight!

Pretty much this. Everything else is fine. I started just walking up the bar and pulling straight away. Sometimes over thinking it creates bad habits for me.

Pull it up against your chins. Since you're on 405lb, you must've been doing 4-5 sets before that one, by that time my shins are " bloody ". It's more effective that way and ofcorse safer, if you are " scared " for your shins try using those socks which basicly cover you up to the knee so barbell can slide up. But its good. 170 lbs weight and pulling 405 lbs Deadlift is very impressive!

Echo what the other say, but I did notice that your feet look like they start out a little too far apart and your toes are pointing out a bit too much. This can lead to your knees buckling inward which could lead to a torn ligament. Good strength though bro.
