And not completely hate it. It's cold here so no biking, any tips?

It's for a college chem project. we can pick whatever we wanted to do related to cellular metabolism/consumption, and I wanted to prove to my class once and for all that it really is calories in vs. calories out. So I was going to eat a 2k surplus each day for a week with 2k cals in cardio/liss a day (would contribute to roughly 3-4 lbs of fat w/o cardio). I think it's possibru to fit in, I just hate walking for 7 hours.

This http://www.womansday.com/sex-relatio...alories-110923 here.
Maybe when you're done, you can call some girls out to the front of the class and demonstrate how you burned those 2k a day.
This "Even more fascinating, the researcher reportedly found that a man attempting to remove a bra with his mouth burns as many as 80 calories." is a good 1, find 25 girls, and there's your 2k burned.

haha. yeah I just am tired of hearing words like "eat healthly" etc.... I pick 2k surplus because most people think that's what they eat every day, and if consuming it as a surplus alone, surely I must gain some fat (in their minds). Funniest part is that I am going to eat rice/lean chicken for most of those surpluses, which gunna really fk with their heads lol

i know 2k surplus going to be relatively hard to do, but it's achievable for a week.
i love biochem, so this is important to me.
also clearly going to take pics of everything I eat and document the running. it's a final project for the year, so it's a big shabang.
also, with how meticulous i am with counting cals and documenting chit, might be featured at a school fundraiser for health awareness. tired of all the broscience going around about healthy this vs. healthy that.Last edited by Wiiownz16; 11-16-2013 at 10:43 AM.

cheating defeats the purpose of the project. if u have a passion for something, you do it with no ****s given. biochem and excercise science is cool to me. Also, if i lay 2k surplus of cals out and just waste it by pretending to eat it, wtf? not sure if srs. i want to demonstrate that having a 2k surplus and burning 2k each day will contribute to no weight gain or visible body transformation. I'm monitoring sodium and fluid intake too so variables should be even when I weigh in.
