Upper/Lower Split: 4 Day Version
So far i'm 2 weeks in, it seems solid but i need more opinions. It was recommended by somebody from this site. Thanks. Here's a body pic for insight.

Whats your take on this routine?
I'd advise you don't read my signature if your prone to jealousy.
Max bench: 90kg x 1 rep (paused)
Max deadlift: 140kg x 1 rep
Max squat: 110kg x 1 rep (atg)
Been @ it for 6 months, nitrostigs is jelly. Also he has a micro penis.

I just need some more opinions mang, could i incorperate shrugs & incline bench for upperbody b?
