    Nah, it may sound stupid but I was back and forth on it for so long. I think I was wanting to compete for the wrong reasons and right now I just really want to train and enjoy training and getting stronger before my prep starts.

    Thanks! I am going to be starting prep sooner rather than later so I am enjoying myself, also letting Berto be in charge of my programming during prep so he's excited to see how strong we can keep me I haven't really been tracking on Sat/Sun but Mon-Fri I am usually between 2000-2200 cals.
