I am still training!
The week before we left for our vacation I decided to go back to Eric for training, i am just too spoiled with us training together and him knowing me so well. Went to the Dominican for 6 days and couldn't S/B/D so that sucked. Last week we played around to get a starting point for new programming to start this week.

Yikes that does suck! i didn't track or diet while I was on vacation, the whole reason I started my diet early was to have Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas and the vacation untracked and as of yesterday I am already back where I was pre-Christmas. So basically dieting all the days in between rather than just eating and starting my prep 30lbs over, now I only have 20ish to lose.SARASOTA BARBELL & Team ProScience
