With dieting you have not really lost any strength looking back the whole last page, and your numbers are still very strong .Maybe it was just one of those days, we all have them.

I am still training!

The week before we left for our vacation I decided to go back to Eric for training, i am just too spoiled with us training together and him knowing me so well. Went to the Dominican for 6 days and couldn't S/B/D so that sucked. Last week we played around to get a starting point for new programming to start this week.

We just got back from st. lucia and I got the flu or something similar for two days in the middle. sucked so bad ha.

Yikes that does suck! i didn't track or diet while I was on vacation, the whole reason I started my diet early was to have Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas and the vacation untracked and as of yesterday I am already back where I was pre-Christmas. So basically dieting all the days in between rather than just eating and starting my prep 30lbs over, now I only have 20ish to lose.
