    Got a free sample of it today in the mail

    What is it? Says Rapid Performance and Recovery Supercarb

    Is it any good ? are we supposed to stay away from carbs?

    It is a carb powder. Carbs are good. There is no reason to fear them. Use it on one of your longer work out days to aid in endurance.

    Carbs are needed to see maximum muscle gains. No reason to fear carbs. You need a good balance of protein to carb to fat diet. I take Karbolyn, similar to the product your taking.

    Great to use pre intra or post. Tastes pretty good too OP, atleast the flavors I've had.

    Why would we want to stay away from carbs?
    This is a great intra workout carbohydrate that is easy on the stomach and is absorbed fast.
    We have flavored and an unflavored version for those that don't want to mix flavoring systems (other supplement flavors) and pour in their protein for post workout.
