what do you guys use to transfer itunes songs to htc one? htc sync is slow a fuuu for me so I got easy phone tunes. It works really well and its super simple, you just hit sync. Only problem is, theres some songs it wont put onto my phone no matter how many times i re-sync. I even deleted these songs that i downloaded and legit bought them on itunes and it still didnt work.

Last time I used Itunes was in 2008 on my Ipod and 2009 on 3Gs. I have a copy of all the music I had in my PC so when I went back to Blackberry in 2009, I just drag and drop from PC to phone SD card. Then I just did the same when I started with android. Just transfer like normal copy/paste from PC to SD. You just have to know where you're saving your music files.

da fuk? itunes? lol
I use MP3Tag to edit mp3 tags and then just drag and drop the files to my phone. The format string option is awesome.
For those who arent aware what that is, here is a link. http://help.mp3tag.de/options_converter.html
Also for a music player on my PC I use MusicBee. (instead of iTunes)
Regarding your question why some songs wont sync is maybe because they are iTunes has them for sale in AAC format and not MP3, that's just a guess though. I would buy songs from Google Play/Amazon MP3 instead of iTunes.Last edited by Retarted; 06-10-2014 at 06:52 PM.

I think if that is new, your best option is to have it exchange to another unit. Might be defective. It sounds like software issue but since its new, exchange for less hassle.
Thats not how it works on my Note 3. Everything is in the earphone or BT earphone when they are connected. Either when I was on stock or custom KK. Was it like that the first time you got it? Have you done a factory reset? I think thats a software issue.
And you dont have to close apps too, android manages that on its own. You're the first Note 3 owner here that I saw who is having problems honestly. Are you on stock or custom rom? What network?Steam - jinda28

Wireless charging is such a simple awesome convenience, get on it if you haven't yet. 3rd party receivers and pads are so cheap.
BRB, never again fumbling with a cord. Got 3 pads in 3 rooms - pad on my nightstand, desk, and coffee table - just placing my phone down and never again think of charging.12-5-23

Just a link I pulled up quick to show you what I am talking about, you put one of those in your phone and buy a pad. I got a receiver and a pad off eBay for $17 together then a couple additional pads for $10 each for different locations in my house.12-5-23

It seems so stupid but it was life changing for me to just not need to have all those cords around, and be reaching and plugging and unplugging all the time, especially at night by the bed when I'd fumble around it the dark trying to find the cord and then successfully plug it in or unplug it.

What is the best method to transfer all information between stock androids? I've been looking into My Backup Pro as that seems to be the best choice and only costs $4.99 although apparently none of these programs transfer app data (you have to be rooted to do that and I'm not keen on rooting my new phone).

I am no Android expert and maybe things have changed, but I remember reading root is needed to get app data from many apps.
Besides app data, if you just want to transfer other stuff such as media from one phone to another one time I would just plug into a Windows computer and drag and drop files.
Your Google account will automatically backup contacts, calendar, etc, as long as you have it setup to do so.12-5-23
