Which would work best I.e would the creatine stay in my body over a 48hr period and still be a maintenance level or would it spike? Therefore 2g a day would be better?
Wanted to know on a scientific level and not just take as much as you can dumb level. Thanks in advance

A good bulk Micronized Creatine would do you just fine. 5g a day, everyday. No need to load.

either is fine . for EOD I would take in five grams.
