    Question 2g creatine a day or 5g every other day?

    Which would work best I.e would the creatine stay in my body over a 48hr period and still be a maintenance level or would it spike? Therefore 2g a day would be better?
    Wanted to know on a scientific level and not just take as much as you can dumb level. Thanks in advance

    Dosages are basically based around 1g for every 40lb of bodyweight. So the usual dosages daily are between 3-5g.

    I would just go with 3 to 5 grams every day. It is fine to miss a day or so every so often though.

    Once your saturated, 3-5g on workout days is what I do.... 3-5g everyday won't hurt though.

    I was gonna say this exact thing. I take around 4g on workout days post workout. You can still take 3-5g on non workout days but it isn't necessary.

    This is not going to be what you want to hear, but 10g workout days only works great for me.. best results out of all the trial and errors I've tried. I tend to do what works, not what says its going to work.
