Idk about other people, but after I shower and towel off I feel EXHAUSTED, I literally need to sit down for a bit and recharge....it's been this way for me for as long as I can remember.... anyone else experience this? I remember when I was younger I heard someone say that showering and cleaning, shampoo then toweling off is equivalent to a quick work out session, but idk how credible that was. (I shower with warm/hot water btw, though I hear cold water is better for T and stuff.)
What you guys think?

I leave the heating off in my house through the winter so my body has to work harder to keep me warm.

I've been known to tie my shoes in a warm shower while not using lotion then dry off with a handkerchief all while using my off hand on days I missed my cardio. For the life of me I can't figure out why I gained to 340 lbs though.
