Just got my hands on some Phase 8. I like to have about 40 grams of slow roasting protein around 930-10pm every night as sorta a last meal. I then take ZMA around 1030-11 ish. depending on when I take my last protein.
Never took Phase 8 before, would it's properties get in the way of the ZMA usage? Should I skip it if so and just take the ZMA. Would like to avoid as I like to take protein at night but open to sugesstions. Thanks for all the help.

Zma is not supposed to be taken with any calcium or dairy products because it blocks absorption. Most protein powders contain lactose and calcium so yes it would affect it somewhat. Probably minimal since the calcium content isn't nearly as high as a glass of milk though.
Primarily avoid milk, cottage cheese, etc within 1-2 hours of zma
