Honestly think you look bigger then 180 in the picture.

You're definitely at least 180. I'm the same height as you so I kind of know what weight looks like on a guy who's 5'9. You've got some mass, you don't look small at all, ignore the other people in your gym and keep it up.

Don't worry about other people in your gym. Worry about yourself and stay focused on why you're there.

im 5'7 185. we look pretty similar, i have maybe 1-2% more bodyfat but id say your def about 180. dont worry about others.....worry about you and making your gains

Think it's just your bf % brah, not hating, you see some guys who weigh less than you but theyre absoloutely shredded so appear bigger - a lot of it's about muscle definition. Your bf isnt that high but you are lacking some definition, which I think after a short cut you should begin to see. Keep at it op

I'm only 170 and people usually ask how much I weigh thinking I weigh more than I really do. I'm still putting on weight though, used to be 145 a few years ago
