I have never won more than $5 on a scratch off lottery ticket that I bought, but I haven't bought many. I did however win $100 on one that I found in the trashcan at a carwash, it was sitting on top of a huge pile of scratchoff tickets and the first one I looked at was a $100 winner lol... Moral of the story, you have a better chance of winning by looking at all the tickets you find lying around than actually buying them and you'll save money..
