I like to use them on overhead work, then take them off and hit something heavy....haven't done that in a while though. Reverse bands are easier on joints, chains sound cooler....but the accumulation of a band is like nothing else.
lol....he is a cool guy. Strong as hell. Suppose to be coming out with an ebook, but I am not sure it will do so well as it is rumored to be more of something that is well thought out and is how to apply things rather than a cookie cutter format that gains a cult following. I think Louie just put out a new article about that too, I remember reading it in the last week or two. Just not sure if it was new or they were sharing an old one.
Wenning is awesome, I used to watch SYTYCS fairly often when I first starting lifting. Might check out that e-book.
I really want Clint Darden to put his book out.
