    I like to use them on overhead work, then take them off and hit something heavy....haven't done that in a while though. Reverse bands are easier on joints, chains sound cooler....but the accumulation of a band is like nothing else.

    lol....he is a cool guy. Strong as hell. Suppose to be coming out with an ebook, but I am not sure it will do so well as it is rumored to be more of something that is well thought out and is how to apply things rather than a cookie cutter format that gains a cult following. Either way, prolly pick it up if for nothing else to support a guy who puts info out there for others.

    Effectively the same thing I was doing for bench . My bench has never been that that great so I was delving into some new methids right before I started working with Wade .

    Suprisingly I found myself pulling for NC to pull that one out. I must be getting soft in my old age.
