Bodybuilding split routine,
4-5 days.
split goes Mon-Thurs, then start monday again on friday, rest weekends, sometimes not. Rest when ur body wants too.
Diet is simple, hit my protein 170-180g a day, eat whatever esle you want to fill calories.
Started bulking on +200-300 a day.
Cutting for 1 month now, cutting on 500 deficit of 2300 calories.
I push to failure and use drop sets.
I use alot of volume.
3 sets of 4 exercises per body part except the small ones (tris, bis)
