Well, not going to bore ya'll with an in depth back story. I was always a chubby kid, grew to 285 lbs 2 years ago, and decided to better myself. over the course of about 15 months, i dropped 80 pounds, and was 10 pounds off goal weight. had some big life changes, and kinda fell off. i was hovering 219-225 for about 6 months, and finally let myself go again recently. as of today (after a weekend binge during vacation), i'm at 239.6. i havent seen 230+ pounds in close to a year, and i need to get my ass back on track, so starting tomorrow, 11/12/13 (good day to start), i will be back on a major cut. feel free to follow, and hopefully i can do what i did 2 years ago and finally hit my goal weight. i'll be posting as often as i can (i work 11-12 hour work days and have a 3 year old, quite busy), will post workouts, calories burned (with my polar HRM), and what my diet looks like

well, according to my MFP, to lose 1.5lbs/wk, 2130 cals consumed per day is what they are giving me. i work a pretty physically demanding job and workout at home, so the 2130 seems to be a good number to start off at.
Here is what i'm looking to do for my daily consumption
2130 cals
70g fat max
250 carbs
125g protein
day 1
Had a pretty hectic work day at work. I had a few jobs thrown onto my route (i work for the cable company as a tech), and didnt have time to stop for food, so i kinda ate while driving or stopped at lights.
breakfast
Core Power pre-made protein shake
Lunch
2 light and fit greek yogurts
1 small apple
snacks
sea salt and lime asian rice crackers (3/4 package)
dinner
14 ounces of lightly breaded bbq wings
Totals
1950 cals
60g fat
236 carbs

had a hectic past few days. my 3 year old has had a bad chest cold and has been throwing up, so in the mass chaos, i didnt have time to write or really log the last few days. she was feeling better yesterday, so i did some cooking, logged my meals, and did pretty well.
Breakfast - 230 cals
No Whey pumpkin pie protein shake
Lunch - 580 cals
Homemade mac salad, homemade tuna salad on 2 slices of italian bread, 1/2 serving of goldfish puffs
Dinner - 1003 cals
Homemade pulled chicken, homemade mac salad, french onion soup (1 slice of bread and 0 fat mozzerella), 2 servings of sweet potato fries
Desert - 249 cals
Turkey hill pumpkin pie ice cream (1/2 cup) with whipped cream
total - 2062 cals

i have no idea what my bf% is right now, and i'll post pics, just not yet. i've been sick as a dog the last 2 days, got the flu, so i'm sure i lost quite a bit of weight between not eating and throwing my guts up for 48 hours. nothing to report because i havent logged.

its been almost a month since i hit the gym, had no real desire to go as i hurt my back and my wrist pretty bad, but i figured i'd test it out today and see. well, got a 30 minute bicep/tricep and 30 minute cardio session in. had to leave early though cuz i forgot daycare closed at 1 PM -_-. weighed in for the first time today also since the beginning, down to 229.8. glad to be back under 230, now to get back under 220!

had my first real slip up yesterday. had plans with the guys form work to go to "canz" (hooters type place) for wings and beer. i knew the day would be shot cuz of it, so i didnt bother logging. went out, had 5 beers and 25 wings, ate like crap the rest of the day. oh well, today i will make it up
