As the newest addition to our team of sponsored athletes.
Peter fits perfectly into our Pure Science Culture. In addition to being an absolutely shredded competitor, his immense knowledge if sports nutrition and his unwavering integrity are what make him a perfect fit for our team. He will be stepping on stage in five days, wish him luck!!
Also, a reminder that our human clinical trial on X-Factor performed at The University of Tampa is wrapping this week. That study will be published by the end of the month at the latest.

Thanks so much everyone!
After being a long time veteran of the bb.com forums I've been a stranger these past couple years. Life has been crazy at times but like many of you the gym is my sanctuary and it's helped me get through the tough times. I've been committed as ever and applying my gained knowledge in training. It's been a crazy month and week. I have my first Physique competition coming this weekend and I couldn't be happier to have joined the amazing team at Molecular Nutrition as an athlete who used their products as a customer for years.
I'll keep everyone posted here on how it goes but I'm already very happy with my transformation. I've lost 60lbs since six years ago when I often posted here. That in itself is a prize. I'm doing everything natural even though there's no drug testing. I went through 2 bottles of x factor just finishing a couple weeks back. I've also purchased and have been using 2 bottles each of Peak Beta and Accelerant from the great minds at MN. All as a customer with no idea that today I'd be calling myself a MN athlete! It's a great feeling and I'm excited about the future. They make some great products as many of you know so I'm just happy that I will benefit from some awesome MN gear in the coming months.
This is my new passion and purpose. I want to be the best athlete I can be and work with a great team who share the same work ethic. I might not be posting here as often as I'd like but you can be sure I'm training hard and using the best products possible to realize my full potential.
Thanks again!!

It's a real honor to have a true long time supporter of our line representing it. Many sponsored athletes couldn't tell you the first thing about the brands that they represent.
Accelerant with Peak Beta+ is a killer combo for tackling those grueling cardio and weight sessions, even when energy is low.
Can't wait to hear how you place this weekend, but more importantly than your placing, congrats on taking off 60lbs since joining these forums many years back. It speaks volumes to you as a person, and your work ethic to go in completely natural to an untested show!

Again, thanks everyone! Looking forward to a great 2014 and the use of some amazing products from the minds at Molecular Nutrition.
This is my ******** post just to break it down for anyone interested in the results from my 1st Physique competition. I made 1st call out in the morning show.. tough to say if it was my best condition but close regardless. Looks like I made Top 5 but still waiting on confirmation from final results. I could work on my posing to show off my Physique better I believe.
Returning from the 2013 nlabba with a deep feeling of peace and accomplishment. Had a zillion messages that I didn't get to asking me how it went so I'll just say it here... It was well worth it even though I definitely felt some major disappointment over the night show. Not because of placing which was never my goal but myself and a couple other first called out competitors didn't actually get to fully show off all our years hard work during the night show. There was confusion over the whole introduction initially so we didn't get to do our posing routine as we had practiced. After loving the morning show experience I was really let down as so many spectators including people I knew were there watching. It was hard to then watch as the remaining physique class came out to enjoy finishing their posing routine as expected. Either way everyone looked amazing, the top 3 much deserved and I learned some things with sights set on new exciting goals. Overall it was a terrific event and I'm certain it'll keep growing.
When you are left with disappointment in life you can learn from these events and grow as a person by not focusing on the negative. You need to put in perspective what's truly important and the challenges that some other people are going through. I visited a friend at the health sciences center who was well prepared to compete strongly in this weekend's event as well.. Until a rare form of cancer stood in her way... Now she is showing what true courage and strength is and reminding us all what really matters in life... Every day we live, our friends and family and striving to live our lives fully without regrets and the negative events that we sometimes focus on. Think about everything you do have and the love that's around you. We all have some and we should never take it for granted. I take so many good experiences back with me from this weekend instead of focusing on this one bad one. I think of my friend who I would easily put all my training energy to use if it could help in her battle.
What a story it's going to be when we see her step back on stage next year and show us all the strength of a hundred athletes... A true strength that reminds us all to appreciate each and everyday and make sure it's love and not hate that dominates our life. I'm already excited about next year and loving each day and the people around me as I can. Just remember there are people fighting bigger battles than you or I and they are the ones who need the support and encouragement the most.

Great job Peter. It's awesome to hear that you took so many positives away from the weekend. We at MN, much like you, aren't in it for the placings. The reward isn't the end result, but is the journey itself. The hard work and dedication isn't the bad part or sacrifice, it is the reward!
That said, 4th is INSANELY good for a first time competitor!!
You looked amazing, represented our brand tremendously, and are a true source of inspiration to all of us following your progress over the years.Last edited by SwolenONE; 11-21-2013 at 03:19 PM.

Appreciate those words Tim! Looking forward to the X-Factor as I bring on the strength and mass gains!
Indeed I was 4th! http://www.nlabba.ca/?page_id=12
It was a tough call I'm sure... with many saying they had me higher, but it's all subjective in the end and with Physique I can definitely believe that. Top 3 on stage with a trophy would have felt great though and I really worked incredibly hard all year. Maybe too much muscle, I really don't know. Posing is something I didn't get much help with either so it's all a learning experience.
One could! I haven't used Ultima for a long time though just cycling through some other stuff. Lots of options there including Molecular's convenient pill pre Accelerant and Peak Beta which I have bought and used as a paying customer long before being sponsored. I am almost out of Accelerant and recently out of Peak Beta. Both would triple stack nicely alongside the powerful X-Factor. I did just that just over a month out from my Comp.

Too much muscle is a good problem to have!! Maybe you'll have to switch up to the bodybuilding division at some point.
Thank you sir, I couldnt agree more. Peter is the man! His positive outlook and ability to see the big picture jives so well with Bill, Catherine and I... exactly what we were looking for in a new addition to the team.

Worked with some great companies and many memories on the forums for sure! I learned lots and helped lots of people when I could. Thanks buddy and yeah we did start the same time way back in 2005!! Crazy!
I'm so torn about deciding between Physique and bb'ing! Pretty sure I will do a show again in 19 weeks in Physique. See what happens but I do put on muscle easy these days and once I get back on the AMAZING X-Factor I don't even want to know what could happen! LOL What can I say, I am a late bloomer and have learned so much in terms of training, nutrition and supplementation over the years. Just seeing the results of intelligent application. I also want to give a shout out to Peter Fitshen who has posted in the forums here I believe. He owns FitBody & Physique and knows his stuff at a great price. Highly recommend getting a knowledgeable coach for prep ... he's a natural pro who trained under Layne Norton and has a nutritional science degree. I might be doing everything myself for the next show to see how that goes and learn my body after learning from Peter.
Also, I just want to say you guys are a great group at MN and I mean that. Just a great brand and great people. It's great timing for me and looking forward to incorporating MN supps into my 2014 prep. Found out I have some awesome X-Factor crossing the border just yesterday so yay on that! I should consider doing a Molecular Nutrition sponsored prep. on the forums here and do my best with updates and everything. Just want to be 100% sure on competing in 19 weeks.
Thanks everyone!
