Just thought I'd share an update with y'all. Finally achieved 21inch arms on my bulk. (Pumped of course). And I'm literally less than a pound away from my 250lb goaltime to celebrate! Reps for all!

Honestly they grow more as your overall body grows. Once my bench presses got a lot heavier, I realized I could do 275lbs close grip bench for 12 reps. Same went with rows and deadlifts, I could curl more on a straight bar.Originally Posted by fittofattofit
