Could you give real life examples of food that you can eat during a day to successfully eat 200gr of protein everyday?
Like 6 chicken breats + 2 scoops of protein powder + 100gr of cheese in the morning?

I have trouble with that as well. Typically, I eat chicken, pork and tuna because its easy to do. I use Miolean for protein shakes (21g for 150 cals) and Stop & Shop Fitness bars (21g for 190 cals, for $1.27 a pop). Turkey is a good source as well. Truthfully, I rarely manage to eat even 160 grams a day, I usually get between 90 and 110.
I may be a loser, but I'm not a quitter!

Why are you asking? Do you have trouble eating that much protein in a day? I eat chicken, tuna, eggs, beef, pork and if I can't get enough through all of those I have protein powder as backup.

What do most of you do in regards to the digestion of protein? Is it not true the body can only digest a certain amount in one sitting? Ie if you consume 100g in one meal your body will only effectively use a certain amount? I've heard 30g mentioned? The rest isn't digested properly.
As for daily sources, I never fail to hit 180, 3 shakes a day, big tin of tuna, and egg whites and a lot of kangaroo!

you can digest up to about 3,000g or 30,000g a day with current research, cannot remember which. There is no "sitting", though the more food you eat by the thousands, less and less will be partitioned, although it is "digested". I forget what research has stated (up to date) but i think you can gain around 2.5 lbs a day as an adult male of adipose.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
