So I took some time off from lifting due to school **** and lack of a gym but I am finally getting back into a routine and want a little pre w.o. pick me up. right now I have the basics
Multi
100% whey
vitamin c
flax
fish oil
zinc
also a ton of Arginine AKG that I got for 2.50 a bottle at k-mart on clearance
So I want a creatine product to give a little extra strength and size
I was thinking green magnitude and also maybe a test booster
I kind of haven't kept up on recent supps so I don't really know whats good now. Also I don't want a lot of caffeine because I work out kind of late and don't get much sleep as it is.
thanks yall

I'm 24 I just graduated, and therefore I didn't have access to my school gym or money for a membership untill I just got this new job. But I have a suspicion that my test is pretty low because there have been 4 or 6 month periods where I worked out balls to the wall with a lot of supps ( no test boosters) and got minimal gains. Thanks for the help so far, I guess having the levels checked wouldn't be a bad idea, but its kind of a hassel and I don't have a lot of free time. its almost worth it to just spend the 30 or 40 bucks on the pills and hope they work as opposed to spending the time and money for the test. Oh and at times I drink a lot so that doesn't help at all

Insurance should cover it if you communicate with your doc.. for example during your annual physical just request to have Free and Total testosterone checked.
When he / she asks why... just be honest. Your an athlete and you want to know your hormone levels in order to determine the best training protocol for a healthy lifestyle etc... etc...Free agent
