reaaaaally depends on the user bro. my go to's are orange gatorade and vanilla protein (tastes like a creamsicle) in a shaker cup, or bananas, strawberries, apple juice and vanilla whey in a blender if i got time.

The best in taste is individual, really.
The best in nutrition facts (in my opinion) is Elite Whey by Dymatize.

25g Protein.
5.5g BCAA.
4g Glutamine.

It doesn't cost that much either, costs about the same as other wheys.
I don't really see any difference between protein shakes, I always change brands and flavors.
