Pissin (seems like) Way Too Much
Man, last night i pissed like every 15 min, and alot too. Not just dribbles. Then this morning till like noon, i would piss but I still always felt like I had to piss more. The feeling never went away. It feels better now and I have been pissing less but it still seems like too much. I was wondering if it could be the supplements i started yeaterday. I just started Cell Mass for the first time, NO-Xplode, Lipo 6, and some BCAA power (witch i accidently took a whole scoop when I was just suppose to take a heaping teaspoon, why did they even put the scoop?). Your comments would be greatly appreciated

yeah i have the same effect, i think your body gets used to it after awhile though. BTW could peeing alot be a sign of a strain on your kidneys? just out of curiousity.

Creatine= Pissing till you sleep...and it dont stop there. LoL!!! I think your body does get used to it though. I dont piss like how I used when taking creatine.

Yep creatine will do that. I also recently started on a NO product before my workout (for the first time) and now I need to hit the restroom halfway through the workout!! It could be all the water I drink but I think the NO also has something to do with it.

I dont think it is a urinary tract infection, it doesn't burn or anything. Just annoying pissing all the time. I had to get up like 5 times last night before i could go to sleep.

The only reason creatine make me piss is because it dehydrates me LIKE HELL (Creatine MONO) and have to drink loads of water.

hahaha.. welcome to the club!!! Your body will get used to it.. but you will still be pissing quite abit. Just no where near as frequent as the first week.

Yeah this is my first creatine supplement. The NO-Xplode seems to be workin. It will be a little bit before I see if the creatine helps.

Yeah.. It takes a while to get used to it. I be pissing a lot of times while working and not as much as used to when working out. Its like you have to stand near a bathroom every half an hour..

im in school and my professors always used to get pissed.
but.. in the long run. your body gets used to it.
did you just recently boost your water ingestion amount to adjust to the recommended water dosages from all the supps your taking now?

peeing that often shows your kidneys are working overtime. If you are drinknig tons of water adn pee often that is different. but if it is a little bit then your protien intake might be too high, you arent drinking enough water or its the creatine. its not good though.. most of the ppl that replied saying its ok are probalby wrong. I take a lot of Kinesiology and know a lot about kidneys and how tyhe body works. I would drink a lot and if it persists take a blood and piss test and they can measure your creatinine levels. if they are off the charts then your kidneys are working too hard and that is definatly goni to affect them negatively is it remains evident for prolonged periods of time.

I was like I go to the gym before your class and I drink a lot of water and he said I should schedule another time to go to the gym. Def. not a cool guy, he's real uptight. I should just piss in a bottle next time.

I did boost my water intake to about 1.5 gallons a day. That ia also probably part of the reason but it just seemed like too much last night. It is much better though already. I still feel like im pissin alot, but it is like half as frequent as last night.

Your Kidneys are fine peeing is fine drink as much water as you can lots of water
it happens when you are taking creatine. I take No explode and cellmass everyday and mix a little creatine mono in my casien before bed and am up 1 maybe 2 times every night to pee.

there are some people that thing too much water strains your kidneys, the person that believes this is actually a teacher trying to talk me into going to this one particular school and of course she would be my teacher haha  she also believes in the raw food diet, and also if you drink too much water at one sitting, like the "hold your pee for a wii" contest, you can cause an imbalance. There are good articles on water on the main page of BB.com. Good read. I do remember reading that if you excersise you can drink alot more water and be fine, but if your just sitting there and drinking alot of water its different. Also one article says to drink alot and drink so you dont ever get thirsty(when your thirsty your supposedly alread 2% lighter from less water in your body) and the other article says, dont drink until your thirsty and its funny cuss that is the article that mentions the raw food diet and says how you get tons of water from raw foods, so this would make sense why that teacher doesnt believe in drinking alot of water.

yeah i piss a lot too. Always have to go to the bathroom a couple of times during my workout to unload. Nothing big, it's good for you too. Gets rid off all of the impurities in your body. So why does it matter other than you always have to go to the bathroom? lol

it matters because the kidneys are worknig too hard.. If you train the same muslce everyday really hard you think it wil grow ? no, because it jsut gets killed and cant recover. If you are peeing from water and it is clear coloured then that is fine. but if you pee all teh time and its yellow which it should not be despite waht teh common knowledge about urine is then taht is not good. Also if you pee little amounts all teh time, this is not good . I always find it funny that people are so quick to put things in their body that they know nothing about just to get some gains in muscle .. most of you are young, possibly very young and you have no idea what will occur in 30 years if you damage your body now. A little gain is not worth hurting any organ in any way. True incompetence.

The only time my pee is neon yellow is the couple times i pee after taking my multi vitamin. Also, I did alot of research on all the supplements i am taking and faound no really bad side effects that are of too much concern. Especially for creatine, there are litterally no side effects. Do some research and you will find out that creatine is completly fine to be taking. Well i dont pee as much any more so that is good. Guess my body got use to it, my body usually gets use to stuff fast.
