    Creatine

    Im thinkin of using creatine, ive read online its an indirect fat burner, i wanna know if this is true and also the muscle mass i gain will it be sustainable even after i stop using it(i heard you deflate)
    Max. Bench press 75kg. Deadlift 110kg. Squat 80.

    At 15 you need to just focus on food and tdaining really hard. Its nothing magic anyway, I don't even use it.

    You are too young to worry about supplementation. Just eat well, train smart & worry about it in a few years.
