I posted the results on my dirty bulk on the post your pictures section a couple days ago and despite my strength and mass gains half the people told my I bulked wrong because I got fat LOLWUT.

Deadlift: 160kg (353) x 1
ATG Squat: 116kg (256) x 1 (Heels on 10kg plates = awkward, terrible balance, pain and damage to the knees every time, constantly.)
Bone spurs in the ankle joint crew. Flexibility hours a day but still can't bend at my knees crew.

On a similar note, lol at people that do stuff like purposely don't train legs hard because of their precious 'aesthetics' goals. If you're natty or on low doses, then bodybuilding training and training for aesthetics should be the same damn thing.
