I personally enjoyed my run with Xtend. I always lift fasted and it really seemed to help. It tasted delicious as well. I think they have a version with fast digesting carbs now that I'm looking forward to trying at some point.

Yup, just hit bb.com today. Dropped the other ffEAA, listed out the ffBCAA's(2:11), kept of course the core of the product the WPH, as well as electrolyte complex, dropped the beta-alanine, added the coconut powder and DRASTICALLY improved the flavor, as well as dropped to 30 servings.
How's that for a run on sentence.?Who we are and what we stand for as a company:http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/supplement-company-of-the-month-athletic-edge.html?searchterm=athletic

Many people use a BCAA product for intra workout. Since you said you already have one I would say just use that. Most intra workouts are BCAA based anyways.

Ever sinced I tried highly branched chain celic dextrin It's become a must for me. So I use either glycofuse or m5 reloaded. I really recommend it. I also really dig cellucors bcaa and rsp ReGen. considering you already have a bcaa, maybe try glycofuse. strawberry kiwi will give you wet dreams, it tastes that good.

Can someone pls help me with my questions?
edit;
also regarding BCAAs for intra-workout, it seems that from my googling that BCAAs should be taken pre or post, not intra.Last edited by muruku; 11-09-2013 at 03:37 AM.
