I can gain and lose weight easily. I'm naturally strong, respond well in workouts, built even if i don't workout. Have high fast twitch muscle muscle all over my body. Look skinny in shirts, and look big without it even for my weight. Have little fat in my body.

The '****totype' theory was put forth by a psychiatrist back in the 1940s as a means of predicting an individual's mental characteristics. He is regarded by his contemporaries as a quack.
How any of his nonsense ever came to be applied to bodybuilding is a mystery.
At your age, and especially your stats, you're not a candidate for a bodybuilding cut; you don't yet have anything to 'cut' down to.
Here's a good overall program that will make you bigger and stronger providing you eat enough to see a weight gain of about a pound per week:

Bust your tail in the gym, eat as advised above, and see where you're at in a year or two.No brain, no gain.

exactly. it's not rocket science. you just have got to train/eat/sleep right.
do NOT cut. you're 5'8 @ 141 lbs with 15% body fat. if you were to get on a bodybuilding stage at 4% body fat you'd weigh less than 125 lbs... either bulk or recomp. also there isn't really a reason to get to or below 8, or even 10 for that matter, percent body fat for various reasons
