Best training program to support fat loss

I'm trying to cut down on my body fat. Been bulking for the last 6 months with great results in mass. I need to know your opinion on the best weight training routine to accompany cardio etc.

    Thanks in advance.

Your training plan needs to be matched to your current level of training experience, not your weight loss goals.

i find the best results from a simple cycle. just lift every other day, and on non lift days do HIIT and/or LISS. diet is number 1 on fat loss, if that isnt in check u wont get results.

Use the same workout you used to bulk over the last 6 months, just taper back on the amount of reps. Keep it just as heavy...or try anyways. Why would you do anything different? Let the diet control the fat loss, also add in cardio as needed, but nothing should change much. Why would you train any differently? Thats what helped you gain the muscle...so why change it? Obviously youre not going to have the calories and the energy to push the same reps, but keep the weight up! Nothing should really change! Don't fall into the "high rep/low weight" crap!

The question has been pretty much answered.

Keep the intensity high (weight used)
Lower the volume to a level that allows you to work hard but recover between workouts.

You need to give the body a reason to hold onto that hard earned muscle, and heavy lifting is the way to do that.

Throw in some energy systems work if you want to up the rate of fat loss, or allow yourself to consume a few extra calories each day. Again, make sure you are recovering from workout to workout. Performance should not drop off dramatically.
