People have been telling me to make one, so here it is.
Background:
6'0, 180ish right now, majoring in Computer Network Security, possibly minor in Mathematics.
Lifting since Jr into Senior year of high school. Used to wrestle, went to state a couple of years. I train like I wrestled.
Past Pictures:
Don't know how to pose, don't care either.
Nutrition:
I don't count chit, I get my protein daily at about 1.3-2.0g/lb body weight.
PreWorkout: Usually high in stims. Lift after 2-3 hours of class normally on empty stomach.
PWO: 1-2 Scoops of isolate protein, whole food immediately after that.
Routine:
None. Lifting 4-5 days a week. Add in conditioning/recovery days as needed.
Switch things up daily, haven't found a solid routine to stick with yet.
