You had to stop lifting because you got tennis elbow? What about squats, dead lifts and bench press? I constantly have tennis elbow, sometimes on both arms but I haven't ever stopped lifting because of it. Just do what doesn't aggravate it. Check out the nutrition section to work out your maintenance cals and monitor your eating.

As for the tennis elbow, massage it hard while flexing your wrist before and after lifting and any time of the day that it feels tight. Keep up the ice after lifting.

There's no reason to stop lifting because of tennis elbow. Keep your focus on the compound lifts and don't bother with isolation work until you've healed.

If you need to gain some weight, set your calories slightly above maintenance which will easily keep fat gains to a minimal.

    Beat me to it!

OP, wear a supportive strap around the area. I have it and that's what I do. I need to to keep traing upper body. It has nothing to do with legs though so get squatting!

    Tennis elbow?

I am so sorry you are suffering some mild discomfort and have decided to stop lifting because of it.Also,I feel for you that you look skinny, and can't eat because you can't control yourself when you do eat and can't put the fork down and regulate your caloric intake so as to not get fat again. You poor thing.

    Have a nice day.

Ya know, I was going to make a similar post but I didn't know if he is here in the US or one of the other socialist countries that takes over health care and screws it up.
