Hi guys im very new to this so sorry if im in the wrong area. Basically I need some good advice! Some advice of which I am unsure if it exists!
Ive just turned 19 years old but I am 5ft 7 and weigh in at only 56kg... 120lbs... I trained 5 days a week propperly doing low reps, heavey weights. My strength is amazing! I am stronger than most my friends my age but I don't put weight on... instead I get ripped! Very skinny ripped! I have no body fat on me at all and I have been told professional that due to my metabolism I won't. This means things like my wrists, fingers and even face are too small. My gf is 5ft4 she looks healthy and the correct weight and she is heavier than me! I don't look right in tops because I have no shoulders or chest.
But! My biggest issue is that I am very skinny boned... I am by far the smallest size bones in width that I know. I have a tiny skull and small shoulders. Im assuming this is because my body has never had to carry additional weight :/?
I want some one to advice me on how to bulk up. I don't wanna look like arnold just normal fit bloke thanks!

You need to prepare your stomach to eat TONS of food because with your metabolism your gonna need it.
Id start off eating 3000-3500 calories a day, keep raising it by 500 if you arent gaining 1-2 lbs a week
Weigh yourself sunday morning after you piss, but before you eat and shower. The first few weeks your weight may fluctuate because of water weight, so eat at like 3500 calories for about a month, then the 5th an 6th week see how much lbs your gaining.
Find a good routine, workout for an hour a day 3-5 days a week depending on the routine. PUSH hard, dont skimp.
edit: since your also used to being skinny, you may have a psychological problem with putting on weight, as I know thats a problem with a few of my friends.
Just realize, for a long time your not gonna be considered anywhere near fat because of how skinny you are (even though it may seem like it to you)
Bulk until your about 16-18% bf (will take a while for you but youll have pretty good gains in that time)

You don't need supplements, eat whatever you want as long as it fits into your calorie intake, go here first http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183, calculate your maintenance and create a surplus of 500 calories and start eating those many calories while lifting heavy on any proven beginners routine such as starting strength found here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=131379243, also keep your protein intake between 1-1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight daily.

Food and a lot of it. I was about 145 when I started. In a year I got to about 210. It took between six and ten meals a day. Not ten snacks ten full meals. Not meal frequency, but because I was full. I also made the most of my time in the gym. I didn't gain much bf, I got to about 12%. Now I have to pay attention to my fat intake a little, but not much.
This sport is a journey in understanding yourself. My body responds differently than yours. What works for me may or may not work for you.
