Hi all,
I have already lost some kilos and I want to lose a couple more. I want to get lean and I am about to buy protein as I will change my diet plan a bit. Do you have any suggestions about which product to buy? I am thinking about 'my protein'. Is that alright for a female who wants to lose weight and get lean. Thanks.

It doesn't matter, get one that you can afford, nutritional profile that you can live with and taste you enjoy. With that in mind you can go to the link below and get a free sample of PROnom23 Vanilla Cupcake Batter protein and see if it's something you'll enjoy:

If you want a delicious treat that is also low calorie and low carb, take a look at Big Blend. White Chocolate is my favorite flavor.

Honestly just get the cheapest protein that's high quality at the same time. It may be hard to find because there are a lot of "off brands" but one I love and have been using is MET-Rx's Ultramyosyn. It's like $0.62 a shake and there is Peanut Butter Cup flavor
