    Bulk from Fat or carbs?

hey all, so my metabolism is fast as fuark.. i mean i can do a cutting phase while eating at around 3100 - 3300 cals/day. so in order for me to maintain my weight i need something around 3600-3800 cals/day... now im bulking till february (hopefully getting some size), and eating around 3900-4500 cals/day

I tried eating 4500 with around 600g of carbs (no simple sugary BS), around 120g fat and 240g proteins per day (Macros : 53% carbs - 25% Fats - 22% protein) (way to hard to eat like that everyday)
    Now I'm trying to eat around 4500 calories from around 350g carbs , 240g Fat, 190g protein per day (macros : 32% Carbs - 49% Fats - 19% protein)

I'm around 190lbs in weight.. and aiming for around 210lbs by february

will the second diet (high fat) get me good/same results?

no its too much fat. You need like .5-1 gram fat for every pound of body weight so no way you need 240. 150 grams will be more than enough..

Whenever cutting or bulking, it should only be the carbs that you should adjust. Everything else should be the same

Workout your TDEE. Bump that up by another 400-500 calories since you wanna be bulking. Calculate your protein intake and minimal fat intake for the day using the stickies. Distribute the calories left over into carbs or fats or both.

    Simple, right?

PS You may need to readjust the calories if you're gaining too much weight or you're not gaining weight.

Nope increase protein an lower carbs. Fats are important for hormone production etc.

Its common knowledge. Although you can drop the fat by a little to help out lowering cals, but its not necessary as you can do it straight from carbs

Carbs and protein are the best, all you need is enough fats to keep up hormone production. You'll gain slightly more muscle on carbs than on fat, but there's not much in it, calorie surplus is most important.
    Weak Ass Lifts:
    Bench Press: 85kg (188) x 2
    Deadlift: 160kg (353) x 1
ATG Squat: 116kg (256) x 1 (Heels on 10kg plates = awkward, terrible balance, pain and damage to the knees every time, constantly.)

Bone spurs in the ankle joint crew. Flexibility hours a day but still can't bend at my knees crew.

Who was moon shoes? Ask me and we can go on a journey together.

If you have a fast metabolism, go with the higher carbs. You seem like you are going well with it. The first option the carbs seem a bit high, but around that area is good.

    Keep it up!
