Im in a 80/20 with my diet. thinking about kicking up a notch to drop down in body fat around 6-7% currently an 8. just asking cause i know cutting takes away from muscle growth. what types of creatine would you recommend to just keep muscles full without the bloating that some creatines powders trigger. i see some athletes take creatine all the way up till show time. any advice?

As long as you do not load you will not bloat at all. Water retention is intracellular.
3-5 grams of creatine mono per day everyday. No cycling, no loading. Take it whenever you want.Official MuscleTech Representative

A good bulk Micronized Creatine would do you just fine. 5g a day, everyday. No need to load.

I like Kre Alkalyn Hardcore, but any creatine will help. I personally don't care too much for regular mono. I just don't see as good of results, I never really had any problem with water with any kind of creatine unless I was over doing it.
