    Favorite shoulder exercise?

My top 3 favorite shoulder exercises are: seated incline press on the smith machine, DB Incline press, and upright rows. Anybody else have any favorites that add some serious mass on to your shoulders?

    OHP
    Seated lateral raises
    Seated front raises

Generally I don't have extra time on shoulder specifics for anything past these three so they're my base movements.

Z press. It actually helps add mass to your whole upper body.

A proper shoulder routine should include at least one variation of each of the following:

OHP (seated if your goal is size)
Lateral Raise or Wide Grip Upright Row
    Rear delt movement

Which variation is your or my favorite really means fck all
Who was this love of yours?
