I been lifting for 3 years now and have done numerous programs and currently been doing Tom Mutaffis 3-Day Split for 26 weeks now. I think it's time for a change and been looking at stronglifts. I've always had a weak chest/bench so I think it'll help with that.
Just trying to find out if this is something I should do or not. I plan to follow the Mehdi version of the 5x5. Is his version good?
I'm use to bodybuilding routines where you hit each body part. I just don't see much like bicep work in squat, press, deadlift and rows. If I do the 5x5 should I add a day for isolation movements?
Should I do something else entirely?
Thanks for any advice!

You sound like a good candidate for Jason Blaha's ICF 5x5: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=155022423
It's Stronglifts, plus extra work, some of it isolation lifts.
