    Should I try stronglifts 5x5?

    I been lifting for 3 years now and have done numerous programs and currently been doing Tom Mutaffis 3-Day Split for 26 weeks now. I think it's time for a change and been looking at stronglifts. I've always had a weak chest/bench so I think it'll help with that.

    Just trying to find out if this is something I should do or not. I plan to follow the Mehdi version of the 5x5. Is his version good?

    I'm use to bodybuilding routines where you hit each body part. I just don't see much like bicep work in squat, press, deadlift and rows. If I do the 5x5 should I add a day for isolation movements?

    Should I do something else entirely?

    Good idea actually. I've seen that on here and it's the same thing and adds in the isolations I'm use to. Thank you for the suggestion. Going to start up on Monday.
