I'm finally thinking about getting some Creatine. I always hear how great it is, especially for providing energy for your workout. I'm leaning towards this Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder (8.9 rating, green label), mainly because they have it cheap. I always like to buy the cheap/small version of something to see if I like it or it works for me before buying the bigger one.

I'm not sure if it matters or not, but I'm currently taking Orange Traid. Would I get cramps if I take them both on the same day? I also have some Life Extension vitamin D and K pills (cause I don't think Orange Triad has enough vitamin D for MY situation).

any creatine monohydrate (creapure is patented) -allmax, ON, universal...it will all work mostly the same. second, i think you should double check your expectations. just be aware that it wont be a "mind blowing" difference but should definitely be noticeable.
also - no need to load, 3-5g/day, every day. no cycling either (unless you dont like it then you can just go off)AppNut Transformation Contest Log!

A good bulk Micronized Creatine would do you just fine. 5g a day, everyday. No need to load.
For those that love to train!

Nothing wrong with starting out with something small to see if you like it and if it works for you. I wouldn't rely on creatine for energy, some creatines have caffeine in it like Kre Alkalyn Pro. Either way creatine is a great product and you can't really go wrong with it. Good luck
