help with supps.

age21-185lb...i just started a good diet of 4 whole meals and 2-3 MRP... IM TRYN TO BULK UP TO ABOUT 200 MAYBE 210 BEFORE CUTTN DOWN TO ABOUT 190 BUT NOT ADD TO MUCH FAT,HOWEVER I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT SUPPLIMENTS AND WHEN TO DO CARDIO/what types of...im looking for something that will take my training to another level, a product that will make me into a 'beast' in da gym...lol...u get my point if u can give me any advice please give me some advice on what to do if not its cool...

Def. If you want to feel like a beast then you need a really good Preworkout Cocktail - Axis Labs makes a really great one called SMASH. And let me tell you it will get you jacked, and your pumps will be verrry solid. Also You definitely need a good whey powder, I use Dymatize Elite Whey.

Here is the link to the SMASH - Trust me you will def. not be dissapointed.

BTW, it tastes like berry kool-aid.
