suppliments to become a monster in the gym...please help
age21-185lb...i just started a good diet of 4 whole meals and 2-3 MRP... IM TRYN TO BULK UP TO ABOUT 200 MAYBE 210 BEFORE CUTTN DOWN TO ABOUT 190 BUT NOT ADD TO MUCH FAT,HOWEVER I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT SUPPLIMENTS AND WHEN TO DO CARDIO/what types of...im looking for something that will take my training to another level, a product that will make me into a 'beast' in da gym...lol...u get my point if u can give me any advice please give me some advice on what to do if not its cool...

if you are new to supplements you need to just start with the basics. i would just get some creatine, whey, multi, and some fish oil. these are the basics and you start here and see how your body reacts to them. after that you can add subtract, experiment.

My advice is to not worry about supplements until you have a good diet. Eating right is the priority, suppluments are just a part of the big picture. But as stated by others, stick to the basics. Here's a link to a decent list:

This is one of the better posts on this forum (informative/keeping it simple wise)............Now heres my views on this thread #1 is diet will make you grow.You read this and 75% of the people will write it off and those 75% wont get the gains they want out of the gym because of it. #2 To be a beast you must train like a beast.You arent teen wolf a full moon or a suppliment wont turn you into a monster in the gym only you and your work ethic can do that. #3 Best of luck!

best supplement to be a beast... motivation and discipline.. those are the best supplements. everything else falls way below them.. next time your at the gym remember that
